What is Suspense?Suspense is a feeling of uncertainty and anxiety when certain things happen. For example suspense is present in a lead up to a big event or a dramatic moment. Alfred Hitchcock, a famous British film maker and producer, was a master of suspense and thrillers. He described suspense when audiences know something bad is going to happen which the actors/actresses are not aware of, and the audiences are powerless to intervene and stop the bad event from happening.
